In order to insure minimal leakage when shipping in warm or cold weather, the air bubble prevents pressure from building inside of your sample bottle during shipment.

We proudly ship our products to the United States only.

Once you enter your shipping address in the cart or on the checkout page, you will see the available shipping options. We provide USPS tracking information via email once your package ships.

From the time your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process.

Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 72 hours.
You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Payment & Returns

Unfortunately, we only take major credit cards at this time.

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. We mainly notify customers about discount codes via email. Please refer to the email in which you received the code for limitations. In general, discount codes cannot be combined.

We guarantee each sample item to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself.

Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.

Defective items and/or damaged products can be replaced if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. All final decisions are at the discretion of our Customer Care team. Once the package ships from our facility, Alt Samples is not held responsible for lost or missing items. To report an issue with your order, please Contact Us as we require written confirmation of any damage and may require a video for proof. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.
